smol update


The dayjob has been dayjobbin' and as many of you know, that means progress is a bit slow on my passion projects.

Still, when there's any progress, it should be celebrated as a solo dev, lest i let the demons sweet talk me. I had already drawn and modeled/uv mapped some more grass cards to decorate the place with.

The problem was that I didn't let myself work on those things because it wasn't essential. When progress slows to a near crawl however, these quick 'indulgent' tasks help in the best way to pick up my motivation.

So I finally made the grass and other prefabs to decorate. I also cut down one of the opengameart music tracks I got. (had a long quiet intro and it felt like there was no music playing at times).

Another thing I had time to do; I finally modeled and imported better enemy models! They still aren't animated but it's much better than looking at a cube chasing you.

It's not much but like I said, progress is progress!
